"The location is outstanding, super close to all attractions and amenities (boulangerie, grocery store, metro, RER) The street is super quiet and we were able to park the car to unload our stuff and park the car in the Castorama car park at 10min walk. The apartment is very big, the bathroom is massive, and the master bedroom as well. The living room could easily hold 20 people. It was quite warm and comfortable even with 0° outside. Everything is stocked, kitchen cutlery, bowls, utensils, plates, glasses, everything to cook, toiletries,soap, shower gel, toilet paper. There was salt pepper, oil, vinegar etc too. you can clean your clothes with a washer and dryer. The view on the Eiffel tower is great. There are 2 tiny balconies facing the tower as well. It was really easy to access the apartment (self check-in and check-out)."

"The elevator is a bit small and we couldn't use it for 2 adults. (Hard to fix for the host but something to know) The host should provide more towels for each guest (1 small/1 large) at least. The mattresses and bedsheets need to be replaced. All doors need to be serviced as they were all squeaky. The light fitting in the kitchen didn't work and it was hard to see what you were cooking. The French TV channels weren't all working in the living room. The sofa also needs to be replaced and the gigantic coffee table is starting to crumble."

"We stayed for a week. I believe they should change towels and sheets at least. Or have spare ones for us to change. Instead there was a closet full of them with a warning “these are for the next occupants of your use them you will be charged”."

"Wunderschöne und großzügige Altbauwohnung mit Charme in bester Lage und mit einem kleinen Balkon mit perfektem Blick auf den Eiffelturm. Gerade Abends, wenn der Turm stündlich glitzert, gibt es keinen besseren Platz um ihn zu bewundern. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!"
